JAT Specialties recently built our dream home in Santa Rosa Beach, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with it. Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Luckily, we've had mostly good experiences with construction contractors on some major renovation projects on our prior home in Atlanta, but our experience with JAT was far and away the best experience we've ever had. The construction process went more smoothly than I could have possibly imagined, even though we were living several hours away in Atlanta the entire time. Jeremy kept us apprised every step of the way, emailing photographs of progress and questions regarding our preferences on various details. And whenever I called him, he either answered the phone or called me back within the hour. He also met with us on a number of weekends to go over things when we came here to see the progress, including a meeting with the electricians to determine placement for light fixtures and switches. Jeremy and his team sought our input on virtually every aspect. They were also extremely accommodating when we made design changes along the way, and there were several of them. Jeremy, Mitchell, and Mason all went above and beyond for us many times during the process. And they really know what they are doing—both in terms of construction skills and in navigating the engineering, permitting, surveying, and inspection process. They use quality materials and subcontractors, pay attention to details, don't cut corners, and are constantly focused on customer satisfaction. There are so many great things I could say about this company, and not a single negative. They exceeded our expectations in every respect. My wife and I consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have been referred by a neighbor to Jeremy and his company. We are truly grateful to them and gladly give them our highest recommendation.

Hiring Jeremy and his team to build our custom ICF home in Inlet Beach was literally one of the best decisions we have ever made. We have lived in our home for over 4 years and its still as good as the day we got our certificate of occupancy with zero problems. Their commitment to building your dream home is unparalleled. They are kind, trustworthy, meticulous, and truly care about you and the home they build. They are on the jobsite frequently, speaking with the subs, speaking with the homeowner, and making sure we were happy with every detail of the house. Building a home with Jeremy, and his team, was very much a positive experience and enjoyable. I cannot express how happy we were with JAT Specialties. We are forever grateful for them!

JAT Specialties is the best builder. I built my first house with them and didn't know what to expect. I had done some research with neighbors on who they would recommend and that is how I came to find out about JAT Specialties. Jeremy and his son Mitch made the experience a very positive one. Not only did they build a beautiful home, which has highly appreciated in value, they made the whole thing very stress free. They were in line with budget so there were no surprises. JAT Specialties, LLC built our home on Choctawhatchee Bay in 2023-2024 on time and within our budget. They are very knowledgeable about building hurricane rated structures and worked smoothly with the county officials in the permitting and inspection processes. We highly recommend them for your building project. JAT is on the top of our list for any of our future construction needs.
